With a great thanks to our German Komrads over at OperationFlashpoint2.info I have obtained a first look at the editing of XML for OFP2. You will need a account over at OperationFlashpoint2.info to download the files (noting is free ). However if your interested in editing this is good news indeed – hurry and save a copy before CM fines the Germans for uploading source code .

Thanks to OperationFlashpoint2.info we now have unwatermarked copies of yesterdays screens. They have now been added to the OFP2 Flickr account for easy viewing, fansite distribution and archival.
Released today is information regarding a new German Community Manager as well as a fresh new exclusive screen for the German Fansite – http://operationflashpoint2.info
To my surprise today I found a alert sent to me today via PM to a open letter to brand manager Andrew Wafer. It’s a basic letter from the German community expressing the strain we are feeling in the English community but with the difficulty’s unique to the German community. Please excuse any errors from translation.
Thanks to our friends at http://Operationflashpoint2.info we have obtained information regarding possible multiCore support. Taken from a German hardware magazine this article claims that Operation Flashpoint 2 will have multiCore support up to 4 cores. It is unknown where they have received there information from, but one would presume as a published article it’s not pure speculation. Also in the article is some technical information which is already known and a outdated link to ARMA2’s homepage.
